Our offer is directed to manufacturers that use fibers in production proces, we offer them:
As a result of the whole process, the fibers are torn, cleaned of dirt, dust and short fractions. All the recycled material is formed into bales, carefully protected and placed on pallets.
We care about the quality of our activities and the continuous improvement of our organization. We are ISO 9001 certified.
The Project “RECELLO 2.0 Recycling of nonwovens by tearing techniques powered by Renewable Energy”, Small Grants Schemes for Female enterprises “Polish business and innovation programme” benefits from a 163 694 € grant from Norway. The aim of the project is to develop and implement an innovative service of tearing nonwoven fabrics for the purpose of the technological recovery of the raw material.
The photovoltaic panels have been installed, which will supply green energy to the new tearing line, contributing to the reduction of CO2 emission.
The first tearing tests were conducted at tearing machine producers, the results are being analysed in the laboratory of the Institute of Textile Materials Science and Polymer Composites of the Lodz University of Technology, which works with us to implement the innovation.
